Our very own Mike Germano has been selected as a presenter for the Social Media 2007 Conference held in Chicago in April. With a line up of presenters ranging from Southwest Airlines to the Dow Jones & Company, we are excited to showcase the knowledge and expertise that Carrot Web Design has in the social media field.

Mike’s presentation is on Perception Makers — Identifying, Understanding, and Utilizing the Online Consumers That Are Talking About You. Although it will be a lot of work getting ready for this presentation, it is well worth the national recognition we will be receiving. We are very excited to be attending this conference. Good Luck Mike!

Carrot has been privileged to have had the opportunity to be the design team for the recently launched college social network, www.Loudcampus.com. In its preliminary stage, Loud Campus is being launched at a select amount of colleges for testing. Once feedback is received and new additions are made to the site, Loud Campus will launch nationally. We are very excited to see how the launch schools receive the site, and look forward to the great possibilities of success!

Carrot was hired to create the identity, unique user interface, and database production for a new product that will be changing the bar and club scene in the near future. VIPTXT.com will provide an easy way for frequent and non-frequent bar and club goers to get the latest information regarding the hot spots and specials for a particular night on the town. By sending a text message to VIPTXT, information on where the hot club or bar is that night and the drink specials will be sent straight to your phone. For the indecisive, this is decision making 101 at its best.
