>carrotHQ is buzzing this afternoon after the launch of our latest social media venture: Facebook FanPages for JCPenney’s hot new Decree clothing line, and their Get That Look back to school campaign. This project allowed us to leverage our vast array of multimedia capabilities and apply it to a rapidly growing format. From a branding standpoint, this takes JCPenney into an entirely new arena: giving young women the opportunity to rally around a clothing brand targeted directly toward them right from the inception. JCPenney can use the discussions that place in and around their new Facebook home and translate that directly into incremental product improvements at a faster pace then ever before.
